【STRONG IN CONSTRUCTION】 – Swing: 6-1/2″/168 mm. The dividing head features a rigid mirror finish that is wear-resistant, a good choice for long time use. Its delicate parts together work perfectly, mathematically dividing the materials to be cut.
【EASE OF ADJUSTMENT】 – The headstock of the dividing head for milling machine can tilt from 10° below horizontal to 90° vertical so that you can handle the stuff of different sizes by changing its angle.
【WITH HIGH PRECISION】 – The universal dividing head comes with a direct indexing plate and an interchangeable one which is on the head, and two replacement interchangeable ones with different numbers of holes on them. It’s the dividing plates that set the precise distance between cuttings.

Adjustable Headstock
The dividing head is enabled to tilt from 10°
below horizontal to 90° vertical. And that will be convenient if you
want to cut the part from a certain angle.
Direct Indexing Plate
By turning the 1st level that extrudes the pin, the pin goes into the plate and you can divide the full circle into 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, or 24 divisions. The other level prevents the spindle from vibrating during machining.
More Precise Plates
The high precision performance of the indexing
head is achieved with indirect indexing plates A, B, and C. All
divisions 2-50 can be done, but some from 51 to 380 cannot be obtained.

Strong MT2 Tailstock
The MT2 tailstock gives strong support to the workpiece being machined. It is particularly useful when the workpiece is relatively long and slender.
